Pastor Daniel Olson
Pastor Daniel Olson began his studies to become a pastor at Martin Luther College where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went on to receive his Masters of Divinity from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI in 2006. Upon graduation, he was called to serve as Associate Pastor at Sure Foundation and is very excited to be a part of the Ministry Team in Queens. His previous pastoral ministry experiences include mission work & pastoral assistant in Manhattan, KS, Galesville & Arcadia, WI; Oak Creek, WI and urban outreach in the central city of Milwaukee, WI. Pastor Dan studied Spanish in college and overseas, and currently uses his bilingual abilities to reach out to the multilingual community of Woodside.
Pastor Dan spends his free time running, biking or playing tennis. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He has learned to love life in NYC and is always looking for new family things to do in the area. In addition, he loves the missionary work that he was called to do in this great city.

Pastor Timothy Bourman
Pastor Timothy Bourman was called to serve as associate pastor at Sure Foundation Lutheran Church in May of 2008. He attended high school at Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI (class of 2000). He studied for the pastoral ministry at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN (class of 2004), where he received a Bacholor of Arts in the pastoral minstry. He attended graduate school at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI. He graduated with a Masters of Divinity in 2008. He joins the Pastoral Team at Sure Foundation Lutheran Church after serving as vicar/assistant pastor at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Brookings, SD and Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, WI.
Pastor Tim is a family man, avid sports enthusiast, and a person who loves learning. He has run 9 marathons and still runs just about every day in the streets of Queens. If he is not running or pastoring, he is studying. He enjoys reading and growing in knowledge through conversation and good books. Most of all, Pastor Tim knows, understands, and rejoices in the fact that he is a redeemed child of God.
